Welcome to Oxford West, Let’s get you moved in!

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to live at our community. In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled into your new place.

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment and the Resident Shield fee.

Please pay before 8/1/2023.

Your first installment must be paid in full prior to move-in before you can receive your apartment keys.

Paying online is quick and easy!

  • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal 
  • Via the Resident Portal select “Need to Sign Up?”
  • Select “Make a Payment”
  • Add your account
  • Pay
  • An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

  2. E-check (checking or savings account)

Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.

What To Bring

One of the greatest things about living at Oxford West is its appliance packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring with you.

We have a first-come, first-served parking policy, therefore, we do not have assigned parking. Oxford West will provide you with a parking decal for your vehicle.  Please make sure to have your tag number on hand as you will need to register it with the leasing office to receive your decal. If you do not have a vehicle or you won’t have it on property, you will not need a decal until you have a vehicle that will be parked here on the premises.


To submit a regular maintenance request you can go online to your resident portal.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

Your rent includes the following utilities and your service will already be activated when you arrive: Cable, internet, water, sewage, pest control and trash/recycling.

Cable & Internet

Cable and internet is included in your rent. Spectrum Community Solutions is the provider for Oxford West. This is high speed fiber-optic community WiFi. You will receive your log-in information when you come to move in. You can access the community WiFi seamlessly anywhere on the property and you will have access to an ethernet port within your unit as well.


Gas and electric are billed back automatically each month. These utilities are divided evenly between all roommates and posted to your account around the 25th of each month to be paid with your installment on the 1st of each month.
